There are many places on the Internet and many wonderful books to find information on self treating with herbs. The correct herb at the correct dose will work for you, however the wrong herb at an improper dose could either give you no effect or be poisonous. Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Most packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
Damaged Merchandise: If you receive a package that is damaged, please notify the carrier immediately. We can not file the damage claim for you, but we will help you any way that we can on US mail. All packages shipped by USPS are insured, however the claim must be filed as soon as the shipment is received.
Returns: We stand behind our products 100%. Any product may be returned, freight pre paid, as long as you return it within 5 days of receipt. We will issue you a full credit for the product that you are not satisfied with.
